"A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step."

This is one of my favorite quotes. Not only it is very relevant but also very meaningful.

Life is an uphill battle and will always be I believe. Think of life as a mountain. In order to reach its summit, we need to climb it. But how? It is just too dangerous. And that is where a plan comes in. This plan is the first step.

We always want a better life, don't we? But the question is, are we doing something to make it happen? Or if we are, is it the right one, or is it enough?

My favorite reading topics are those about people who became well-known because they did something different to start with.

Look at some of them below.

-Abraham Lincoln, a lawyer and ex U.S. president. Finished one year of formal schooling, and self-taught.

-Amadeo Peter Giannini, multi-millionaire and founder of Bank of America who dropped out of high school.

-Andrew Carnegie, an elementary school dropout but became
industrialist and philanthropist, and one of the first mega-billionaires in the US.

-Andrew Jackson, home schooled and with out a formal education but became an attorney at 35 and became U.S. president.

The list are so many to inlude but you can read more HERE.

What do they have in common? Their journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.
